The Great Rissington Cricket Club Under 9s team was founded in 2009 and has grown from strength to strength as our 'intake' age group. We welcome children from the age of 7 upwards, although children younger than this who show aptitude for ball games in general will always be welcome to join if they wish although we may recommend our ECB All Stars Programme as a better fit.

We play in the Under 9 'pairs cricket' CDCA league on a Sunday morning with games starting at 10am. These games are played with a softer 'incrediball' version of the regular cricket ball. Under 9s train at Great Rissington Cricket Club on a Friday night in the summer which starts on Friday 8th April at 6.15pm for registration.
